Ann Hobbs b1828 living in St Germains workhouse

I beleve that Ann Hobbs changed her name to Batten and moved to Co Durham about 1875 with her 3 sons.
Her maiden name was possibly Ann Sargent.unable to find any information about workhouse records.
The workhouse is situated in Cornwall
