A TROVE search places him in Wagga Wagga 1954.
The Sydney Morning Herald (NSW : 1842 - 1954) Saturday 24 April 1954 p 7 Article.
Two references (electoral roll) places him in Coffs Harbour 1964 (Clergyman) and possibly
Campbelltown (Mechanic)1977.

11E I believe is a fitters course
probably at the Wagga air force base doing the course
janilye on 2016-05-02 08:49:26Hang on R.T.C that would have been the R.A.A.F Technical College in Wagga, where they trained the apprentices. So he was teaching the 11E course there.
