Have you researched the dawes rolls for her? I have seen this last name I believe on them. A "google" for Dawes roll index and then a search might reveal some clues.

Thank you Ngairedith. There is still a lot of work to be done on the DIPROSE lines so every little bit helps. A lot of them came from Tasmania so there may be a few cinvicts in the family.
