GUESTs from Cheshire and Flintshire

Journal by lubok

I'm searching for my GUEST family who lived mainly in Cheshire and Flintshire, though some of them spread to other parts of England and Wales. The christian name 'Randle' is also common in my Guest family.
My paternal great grandparents were Herbert William GOULD and Rachel GUEST (1872-1920). Rachel was a daughter of Joseph GUEST (1833-1887) and Elizabeth Jones. Joseph was a son of William GUEST and Mary EVANs, of Shordley.

Best wishes

Hi Rachel
I have a g.g.grandmother Margaret Guest born about 1816, Flintshire. Her parents names are given as Randel and Anne Guest, and they were both alive when Margaret and her husband emigrated to Australia in 1842. Margaret Guest married Thomas Threlfall in 1836 Liverpool.
Is this connected to your line, or do you have any info on Randle and Anne.
Any info appreciated
Merry Christmas
