Help checking birth of Samuel Meakins

I have been trying to locate Samuel Meakins c1807/9 Potterspury Northamptonshire UK. He married Ann Williams in 1831 in Potterspury.
I know in the 1871/81 census Samuel has his place of birth as Paulerspury, other census have born Potterspury.
I came across these :

This would suggest he could be my Samuel.
Someone told me that one of the witnesses on the marriage reg is James Meakins (father or brother ?). I found the marriage on FamilySearch there is no witnesses list or an image. Has anyone veiwed or as access to the parish records to check the wedding entry.
Does anyone know James Meakins wife Charlotte's surname and or marriage?
