FAREWELL SOCIAL AT BULGA

MR NORMAN GOVER, GUEST OF
HONOUR.
A feeling of genuine regret prevailed throughout the farewell social
which was extended to Mr Norman Gover by residents of Bulga and
Milbrodale in the Bulga Hall on Monday evening last.
During supper the many friends present took the opportunity to present
Mr Gover with a set of hairbrushes.
Mr Stanley Adams occupied the chair, and expressed his deep regret
at Mr Gover's departure and wished him all the best.
Mr Norman Grace said that he was sorry to have to say good-bye to
Mr Gover. He had worked with him for six years, and had found him a
great mate. He congratulated him in moving to better himself and wished him the best of luck.
Mr Roy Bates said that their guest that night was one of the best pals he
had, and one could not wish for a better mate. During the nine years he
had been at Bulga he had supported everything, and he would be missed.
He regretted his departure, and wished him a successful future.
