Tangiariki Poihi was my great grandad,Te Ngahere Dick Poihi was my grandad & Awhina my grandmother.Amy Amene Bush (poihi)(Tihi)was my mum and Shirley Tauiho Bush (poihi)(Pirihi) was my aunt.I am currently residing with the youngest & the last surving member of Te Ngahere & Awhinas children,my mums brother.
However my great grandad had two other children Ned ? Poihi (bush) & Kahemo ? Tamanui.Koro Ned & Nanny Daisy had no issues but Nan Kahemo had,Mere,Kahu,Lena,Micheal,& Ronnie to the best of my Knowledge anyway.
I know what u are going thru and I hope this will shed some light on
your mission.I lived on the farm in Parawera With my great grandad and koro Ned and the name Neho is familiar was he also known as Ned if my uncle was awake I would ask him but no matter maybe later what u rekon? good luck
