I couldn't find one in Woy Woy but did find one at Avoca Beach (that's pretty close) comes under Gosford.
Living with one Nancy Isobel Hannan in Round Drive, Avoca Beach.

He must have died that year,here is his death reg.

Thanks for your info - it could possibly be a descendant of his but my Grandfather was an elderly man when my Mother was born in 1904 - still, it's something to go on!
