I am looking for Philip Wright's parents of Burwash, Sussex, England born 1750ish

I have traced my family lime back to 1750 in Sussex England but seem to have come against a wall. I cannot find my 4th g grandfathers father. All I know is that Philip was a Verger in Chichester Cathedral and is buried there with his wife, Ann Hasler. Any Ideas please
