mmoran-You may want to use that information you have gotten as a template and try to verify the dates for yourself noting what sources YOU use. I found a detailed genealogy online that with the addition of my grandfather gave me 300+ years of data. I thought I had hit solid gold! However, I found a number of the preparer's dates differed from what I had from a family Bible going back a few generations so went on the LDS site and find a number of date discrepancies. Before I try to flesh out the family, I am trying to make sense of the date problems. One or two years I can chalk up to the actual day the census enumerated the family and the birthday, but 5 or more years I find problematic. My suggestion, get to know your family by independent research and not relying on someone else's research. Happy Hunting! lindsidelass
