I'm researching my SHEEHAN/SHEHAN ancestors and looking for information on Morris Sheehan/Shehan born 1740 died 1806 in Mecklenburg, NC Does anyone have any info on this person?

I believe I can help. I found Morris Shehan in Mecklenburg, N.C. will in a book at my genealogy center. It goes like this:

MORRIS (X) SHEHAN. 14 FEB.1806, probated in April 1806 ct. Being in a low condition, I will to my son John a horse, a cow and calf, 146A of land including the plantation where I now live and a part of the Simpson place, and 20 hogs; to my wife(unnamed) a mare, two cows, all household furniture, and four barrows; to my son Daniel a colt; to my son William a filly; to my son Morris five hogs, a bull, and 50 A including his own improvements; to my son-in-law James Howard five hogs and a steer; to my dau Margaret including the house where she now lives; to my granddau Susannah Shehan a heifer; and to my son Richard 40 A and a heifer.
