I am trying to find records from southern Ireland for my family Sweeney. My grandfather was called Patrick and was born 1855. My grandmother was called Bridget Hughes before she married and was born in county wexford. I believe her family were pig farmers. The Sweeney family I have found up to now are Patrick, Mary, Elizabeth and Edward, I am not sure if there are more. The father of these was called James. The father of Bridget Hughes was also called James. I'm stuck now and not sure where to look for more info. can anyone else help?
