Henry R. Horton (Corporal) was born July 20, 1831 in Jefferson County, Lyme Township, New York. He died July 30, 1864 in Petersburg Virginia of wounds aquired in The Battle of the Crater, He was in Company B, First Sharpshooter. Henry's widow, SALLY BUSH went on to marry ELIJAH B.
