AS well as searching for any connections to Kimmons I am also researching the Matthewsw family from Sheffield and the Wood family from Hartlepool. I have done quite well on these but the earlier I get the harder I find it to distinguish true correct connections. Does anyone have any tips regarding establishing the validity of numerous entries in the early census records?
