I am researching the ancestors of the Karpala (polish: Karpala) and Srokosz family which lived in the area north of Wadowice predominately in Witanowice and Zygodowice Poland. My grandfather, Wincenty Karpala (1873-19357 married Wiktoria Kowalczyk (1876-1948) and had 7 children. I am the son of Stanislaw Karpala (1904-1953) and Aniela Partyka (1916-2003) (parents: Jan Partyka, Katarzyna Stanek). Andrzej Srokosz (1867-?) married Maria Jargus (?-?) and had 9 children. One of them, Franciszek Srokosz (1894-1974) married Honorata Karpala (1898-1987), my aunt. Franciszek Srokosz immigrated to Canada in 1929 and then sponsored my mom and my brothers to Canada in 1958.

To the best of my knowledge the 9 children of Andrzej Srokosz were:
