I am researching the family name of sharpe in sileby. My grandmother was born Ada sharpe
in 1899 to Alfred Sharpe Born 1862 in Lutterworth and Sarah ? born 1863 in chatam, Kent.

They lived in cossington Road where it seams there was quite a few Sharpe families.

Ada married my grandfather Walter simmons ,who was a malt manager at the maltings brewery and malt house, which years before was owned by a family of sharpes. I am interested in finding out if I am related to these other Sharpe families in cossington road and if my ancesters did own the Maltings brewery and off licences.
