My cousin's late sister was, Edna Lee Ballard- Slinkard. She was the daughter of, Paul and Marie Ballard. She is the sister of, Kathy Ballard- Smith, Eddie H. Ballard, and Paul C. Ballard.

Her former husband's name was, Steven D. Slinkard. They, were married in Indianapolis, Indiana. Her children's names are, Jim Dean Cozart, Andrew Randall Slinkard, Michael Ryan Slinkard, Shawn Allen Slinkard, and Steven David Slinkard.
