My mother is still alive and shares stories about her aunties and uncles and her grandparents. We used to live in Kaikohe but since my parents retired from Taxi-driving they moved to whanau land in Awarua. Mum lives with me and my whangai sister Alice. My father is Mori Charles Edmonds and his father Charles Edmonds. The whanau are from Teiringa in Kaikohe. I know we are from the John Edmonds line but that's about all I know. Any info you might have would be appreciated.

back in 1988 a family reunion was held in Hicks Bay. At that hui a family genealogy book was released to all branches of the family present. It contains the total history, coat of arms and listings of family addesses throughout the world. I am a desendant of John Tucker Edmonds also. If you want to find out more about this book, drop me a line and I will contact my brother to see who has a copy of it.
