I have been told by an uncle that there is no other information on wedding cert. he has ordered several death certificates on Catherine Wrights and no matches. It is possible she moved to Qld as did her son John and daughter Catherine. I have not been able to trace her in the shipping indexes but did come across a Catherine Croddick from Galway, Ireland. I have not noticed any Croddicks in the N.S.W indexes.

I just checked the Queensland Historical Indexes online goto phrase 'click here to access the historical search index'... and I didn't see any records of births and deaths 1829 to 1914 with mother's name Catherine Craddock or even Croddick.
Your best bet would be to goto the genforum/s CRADDOCK Family Genealogy Forum
and/or think about having your family tree online. I highly recommend either of these sites or both even TribalPages it's free, and GenesReunited only costs me under $20/year Aussie dollars.

kerry4305 on 2008-04-10 01:25:59YES I live in Brassall was born in Ipswich. I did the same Qld index search. Waiting patiently for them to update to 1929. I have found a couple of distant cousins on Rootsweb and nobody has any additional info on Catherine. Thanks for your reply.

Catherine CRADDOCK married John WRIGHT in 1842 at St. John's Church of England, Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia.
Their wedding cert should state witnesses names and perhaps give other clues.
I can't find birth of Catherine CRADDOCK in NSW, and there are too many numerous Catherine WRIGHTs that died in NSW.
