Looking for descendents of William H. Hudson Sr.

We believe we are related to George Washington Hudson b. 1825 Mason Co. m Eliza Rippetoe and Reuben Hudson b. 1819 m Azetia Rippetoe and Taliaferro Hudson m Ardenia Rippetoe.

Our family came from Amherst VA and by 1850, they were in Danville, Pittsylvania Co., VA. By 1870 they were in Putnam Co., WV.

William Hudson Jr. was a Capt. in the Civil War Union Militia in Putnam Co.

I am the great-grandson of Charles Henry Hudson and the great-great grandson of William Henry Hudson. As such, I am also related to William P. Hudson, Jonathan Hudson, and Betty Hudson. John Mc Connihay Hudson is my great-uncle (as is Charles William ("Booker") Hudson) and brother to my grandmother Dovie Hudson Lowe.
