My great grandmother was a Graham from Tasmania. She was born in 1859 in Glasgow Scotland as Ross Graham, migrated to Melbourne & Hobart and was a milliner in Melbourne, Geelong and Hobart where she married in 7th August 1888 to Edward Seaton Flint. She died in 1847 in Sydney.
I realise it might be two generations away from where you are looking, but might point you to a starting point. her parents were John Graham and Rossie Beaumont.
