Lexi39 on 2008-12-23 19:17:05My ancestry on the Hallam line starts with my gg grandmother Sarah Ann Hallam. She was the daughter of
James Hallam(1826) and Rebecca Borrowick of Nottingham, England. James was the son of William Hallam(1793) and Sarah Hodgekinson. And William was suppossed to be the son of Thomas Hallam and Elizabeth ? . I have records that go back to William and Sarah, however, that's where it all stops. If anyone has anymore information please contact me.

To find out more, you will have to follow the paper trail and purchase bdm certs. First check what family members have before you go spending hard earned cash.

Re Information on Robert Hallam and Susannah Sanders (this is her name on there Marrage Certificate). The list you show is my family with one addition, there was 5 children the fifth was my grandfather Arthur James Hallam B10 May 1875.
They moved to Sydney where Robert died 17 June 1882. Any information you could share would be appreciated.
