Looking for Shaffer ,Shafer,Shaver of West Virginia
 by Jini on 2008-03-22 02:16:05 Add Jini as a friend Jini's...  Profile Research Contact | I am looking for the Shaffer,Shafer,Shaver's of Walton,West Virginia in Roane county. I have established back to Jacob Shafer who married Jane Catherine Harper "Gincie" in 1850. Jane's parents are John A. Harper and Rachel(Taylor)Harper married in 1815. I think Jacob's parent's are John S.Shaver and Mary(Cox)Shaver married in 1828. This Jacob had a son named Isaac Shaffer who married Nancy Elizabeth Nutter in 1898.

Dear Jini, Welcome. What I suggest is that you post this article (just cut 'n paste) at all the Genforums for spellings variations of this surname at links below. You may have to first register as a new user, it's free too.
