It would be interesting to find out more about these two.

Louisa Lynd married Charles McINYRE in 1897 and they had 10 children
- Charles was born in 1872 in Drury, South Auckland. He died in 1941 in Wanganui
- Louisa died aged 62 in 1934 in Ohingaiti, Rangitikei

Her twin, Thomas Lynd married Eleanor PEARSON in Waitotara, south Taranaki in 1896
- I have 6 children for them at this time
- Thomas died aged 87 in 1960 in Feilding

Their parents were Emma JACKSON (1855-1927, daughter of whaler James Hayter Jackson & Eliza ROIL) and her 1st husband John LYND

Emma's second husband was Charles STENT
- Chalres was a son of Charles STENT & Sarah PECK

... message from Malcolm on 22 Feb 2011: Emma Jackson married John Lynds and gave birth to four of his children - the fourth was born after meeting Charles Stent as she arrived at Foxton from Picton heavily pregant. Charles registered Harry Herbert as a STENT rather than his conception name LYNDS. Then living with Charles in his small cabin they had another 10 children before they were married much to her daughters discust!! The children slept up in the ceiling of the cabin. Emma is buried with her second husband Charles at Ohingaiti Cemetery

Thomas John LIND - Died 11/11/1960. I am his great grandson and remember him well. I have had many discussions and have been in regular contact with various members of the McIntyre family.

Martha Louisa and husband Charles had ten children, the eldest Walter born 29/10/1897 at Hunterville was then killed during WW1 (4/11/1918).

Just realised I only answered part of your question - Thomas married Eleanor Agnes Pearson b. 14/9/1869 Appleby, Westmoreland, England who travelled to NZ with her family (mother - Agnes Armstrong and step father Robert Pearson) arriving on board "Arethusa" which arrived in Wellington 7/12/1879. Married 14/8/1895 at "Dacre Ridge" farm at Waitotara, NZ. Died 26/3/1957 and buried at Bunnythorpe Cemetery, NZ. They had six sons who all resided in the Manawatu and have since passed on. Her father was George Pearson b.1838 in Yarwath, Westmoreland, England. Married Agnes Armstrong 11/11/1863 at teh St Andrews Church, Penrith, County of Cumberland, England. She died 14/10/1910 and was buried at Bunnythorpe Cemetery. George died abt 1874 and was buried in England. She married George's younger brother Robert b.14/10/1849 Red Hills, Dacre, Cumberland, England and they married 11/11/1875 in Springfield, Dumfrieshire, England. They had 4 boys and and 4 girls (5 born in NZ) as well as 3 boys and 3 girls in the first marriage. Can you imagine coming out to NZ with nine children!! Admittedly the eldest was 15 years old.
