Arthur Schofield (Scovil) came to Nova Scotia ca 1761 from Ct. Here he married Jemima Coldwell. Over the years many of his descendants returned to the States, especially Ma. So, if any one has a Schofield ancestor that once lived in Nova Scotia I would love to hear from you.
Also, my great grandmother, Julia Letitia Young came from a family of 18 and many of her family went south of the border. I would love to hear from any Youngs who may have originated from Kings County, Nova Scotia.
