was transported to Norfolk Island and married an Ann White they had three children Kennedy 1799, Elizabeth & Sarah, Ann White went onto Tasmania settling in Evandale, Kennedy married again to Ann Parker and settled in the Penrith Area was given a land grant and had four sons John 1810, Henry 1812, William 1815 & James?
Kennedy placed his 4 sons in an orphanage and Ann Parker in an Asylum.
Lived with his son John in the Pittwater area then giving his grandaughter the title of his land grant for 6 shillings then went to live with his son Kennedy in Evandale Tasmania dying in Prospect house that his son built in 1858.
