Profile Research Contact | They immigrated from Hesse Darmstadt in 1834 through Baltimore, but settled right away in St. Clair Co., IL. He was b. about 1791, she was b. about 1795. They were married in Hesse Darmstadt about 1812. He died before the 1850 census and Eva was still in St. Clair Co. Two of their sons went on to OR where they died. |
