mawclaus on 2008-11-15 22:57:45I'm sorry. I intended to go back and make correction on this note. Noah has not been traced to the 1880 census. The last information I have concerning Noah is about his death in 1877. I haven't located Noah's daughter Lucinda since the 1870 Census. His next to the oldest son, William Jefferson, is my grandfather.
Did you find Noah on the 1880 census? I haven't found him there...I have him on 1850 in St.Clair County, Alabama, married to Modina (born in AL), then in 1860 in Smith County, Texas, with no wife and the youngest daughter is no longer listed, then in 1870 in Sarpy County, Nebraska. His oldest son Frank is my gg grandfather.
