RosyBelle (the way it is spelled on her son's birth cirtificate) Russell, b/d: @1902-Ky.,who grew up to marry at 22 (on 1920 census) to 1.Reuben Wooten and to have at least 1 girl child by him, Grace Wooten, and She next married a man by the name of: Bige Sizemore(here again,this is the way it is spelled on the certificate) b.3 Jan.1896 in Perry Co., Ky., died: 1 July 1958, in Ky. on his (their son's "delayed" birth certified Birth Certificate - which I have acquired), it says that Frederick Sizemore is # 3 child in order of birth, b. 18 Jan., 1927 and his parents were the above mentioned parents, and that his Grandmother signed an Affidavit(no name given on her), swearing that the information to be true and correct along with another informant, one Mrs. E. Wooten - (it say's: nonrelative - age: 75 ), and that the origional date this "Delayed" birth certificate was made was: 6-7-43. Fred's Father's b/p: Hyden,Ky., aged: 30 at time of event-(son's birth),Fred's Mother's b/p: Ned, Ky., aged:25 at time of event. And Fred Signed his son's birth certificate, swearing that their home was in Hazard, Kentucky on 7 June 1943.I know that Fred did/does have at least 2 sisters:one's deceased,and at least 1 was still living(Mable)-in Dayton, Ohio in May of 2007.Fred died 25 December 1959.
