My Great Grand Father was John Marshall Groom,b.Apr.25 1836 in Clinton Co. Missouri and d. Dec.7 1907 in Glen Rose,Somervill Co.,Texas.

S/O Abraham Groom, And Mary Polly Adams. I do not know when he moved to Texas,but he married his 2nd wife(My Great Grand Mother)Martha Adline Simmons on Jun.,20 1878 in Fannin,Co.,Texas.She was b.Jan.31 1861 And d.Jun.6,1953. D/o Benjamin Franklin Simmson And Hannah Comans.

There Children were,Rose,Ben Franklin,John,Scott,Katherine,Harry,Mary,Ellen,Thomas,Nancy. They moved to Glen Rose,Texas in 1889 i think. Were they die. Both are buried At Ward Branch Cemetery.
