I'm looking for information about Walter Harris and Mary Etta Harris who were both from Alabama. They had a daughter named Mamie (born 1895, died 1927) She might have been an adopted Native American orphan. She was married to John Branch Mann who was also from Alabama. They later lived in Brookfield, Georgia. This is where Mamie died of Tuberculosis at age 32. Walter Harris and Mary Etta Harris are named as her parents on her death certificate. She was my grandmother.
