This is my grandfather. He has passed away and I know very little about him. I know he was born in canada on April 23, 1916 and then was raised by family in Utah. He was adopted by them when he was 18. He did not become a US citizen until he was 24. I do have his SS number. His date of death is 2006 in PG, Utah. I am trying to find the names of his biological parents and his adoptive parents.

I have visited a number of websites, but not sure how to access his Canadian birth certificate and adoption certificate in Utah.
