Any information pertaining to Sylvester Newton WELCH 1916 to 1986, married to Harriett Taft, and had 3 children: Ralph, Donna, Kenneth. Died in Rockford, IL. I also believe that the Sylvester Newton name was also his father's name and possibly his grandfathers name, but not sure. If you get any information please send it my way.
