the following are unsolved mysteries re Henry, Leah and their descendants:
1. Parents/grandparents/etc. of Henry and Leah.
2. Henry's place of birth and places he may have lived prior to
1763 when he was recorded to have been in Montgomery County, VA
3. Leah's maiden name
4. Date and place of Leah's death
5. Date and place of death of Elizabeth Pearl Francis
6. Names of children of Henry Francis Jr. other than Peggy,
Hannah, Elizabeth, Pearl and Charity
7. Any information about Lunsford Francis, son of Pearl and
Harriet Taylor Francis. Known: Started to California in April,
1750 with father, Pearl, and brother, Henry. One story is that
he died on the trip along with Pearl and Henry and another is
that following his father and brother's deaths he abandoned his
family and died in 1767.
8. Any information about the death of Pearl Francis Jr., son of
Pearl and Harriet Taylor Francis. The date of his death is
known, but not the place of death or burial.
9. Information about when Timothy Morgan Francis, son of Pearl &
died. Last found in Garfield County, Iowa in 1910.
10. Date and place of death of Elizabeth Jobe Francis
11. Any information re Elmer A. Francis, son of William Henry and
Rhoda Coats Francis. Born in Missouri in 1874 and died in
San Francisco, CA. in 1940.
