I am seeking information on my great grandmother HANNAH CASTILLO. She married William Perkins in Rapides parish in 1871 or 72. Children were Ida, Peter, Ada, L.E. Finley, Virgil and Delta (my grandfathaer). I have hit a dead end with Hannah

Hi, I am actually doing the same. I am Finley's great granddaughter. His son was Nathan Perkins, who was my grandfather. I have been searching for information as well. From what I have found, Hannah came from the family name Rodriguez, whom I believe came from what used to be a country called Castillo (once a country between Portaguese and Spain but now divided to one or the other). I am at a stand still as well.
