I am a Kusnetz-Smith decendent. my Greatgrandfather and grandfather changed the name Kuznetz, from Russia, to Smith in about 1912. They came over on the S.S. Lapland in 1912. My Greatgrandfather, was a Cantor. he lived with his wife in Everette, Mass. for many years. My grandfather lived in Brooklyn, N.Y. for many yrs... I would be interested in heariong from whomever wrote this message S3511@aol.com. I am seeking to track down some family lore...
