Richard was son of Richard Truelove Belcher b. 01/03/1847, probably in Lawrence Co., OH. He was son of Truelove Belcher b. about 1824 in Virginia. Truelove was son of Jesse Belcher b. abt. 1770 in Amelia Co., VA. He was son of Isham Belcher b. abt. 1750. Do not have information re: Isham place of birth.
