Looking for decendants of Joseph Taylor born in Longwood, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England in 1848. Fathers name (possibly) Thomas mothers name Alice.

He married Elizabeth Atkinson Ramsden c.1870 and they appear on the 1771 England census. The name of Elizabeth's father is John G Ramsden, mothers name Alice.

It is believed they emigrated to Canada as no trace can be found of them on any future England census.

It is likely they emigrated between the years of 1873-1881. They left behind a daughter Alice Hannah Taylor (born October 9th 1872). Alice Hannah was brought up by her grandparents John and Alice Ramsden. They lived at Bargate, Linthwaite, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England.

I never knew Alice Hannah, she died before I was born, she was my Grandmother.
