Carl's father was 'James Wade Hampton' born 24 Aug 1866 in Carroll Co, MO(?), who was married to 'Nellie B. Fortune (Brown) born 27 Sept 1877 in Ray Co., MO. Althea's father was 'Albert Cyrus Cox' born Ill.(?). Althea's moher was 'Stella Charity Francis' born 26 May 1874 in Ill. Carl and Althea had three daughters, Shirley, Betty, and Karen. Shirley married Dick Leytem, Betty marrie Bob Wallace, and Karen married Gary Capehart. Shirley and Betty have passed away. I am interested in the ancesters and decendants of Carl and Althea.
