I've had no luck finding William Henry (W.H.) PHILLIPS (born 1855 Alabama) in the 1870 census. I'm at a brick wall. I know he married Missouri Ann WEST on 14 Oct. 1876 in Webster County, Mississippi. I found them in the 1880 Sumner County, MS. It say's his parents born AL, his sister Mary 19 yrs old is living with them also.
