My name is Kathy Loftis Hall. I live in Weatherford, Texas Most of my family are from Tennesse and TExas, Kentucky Mississippie. They cotton farmers. My grandfather was born in Tennessee in 1885. Leonard T. Loftis Rumor has it that he never knew his father, and no one can tell me his mother's name other than her last name was Simpson. Was buried in New Castle Texas but there is no record of it in the city of New Castle Texas. I found his Son Samuel Leonard Loftis all I can find at this time is that he was born in 1902 in Texas and Died Jan 22, 1956. Was hoping to find a social Security number but unable.
