Dear Kirra, Hi there. William Hooper and Elizabeth White should appear on the 1841 and 1851 Census in England with their young children.
Goto this website, sign up as a free member, then post your topic '1841 Census Lookup pls HOOPER family' at the Cornwall board.
Cornwall Lookup Requests at Rootschat.com
Please bear in mind that they could also have been from Devon which is close to Cornwall.
If you could purchase their death certificate/s more conclusive data could be obtained from you.
Marriage details can usually be found in England from parish records. Lookups can also be requested at rootschat.
To go back further than 1841 Census, there is a website called 1837online but this costs $$$.
Kind regards,
Alison in Queensland, Australia.
