Yes that would be most likely be her.
They emigrated in 1855, my great grandfather was born on the ship John Banks on the way here, so he is named William John Banks Lake.

If so, you could logon to Rootschat and get someone to do a Census Lookup Request for you if you don't have access to ancestry.com.
