In 1922 Stephen Billy Wray lived in Inglis, Florida where he fathered two sons "Stephen Billy Wray and Jack Devon Wray". In 1922 he was approximately 45 years old. It is believed he went to St. Petersburg, Florida and then back to England at some point.

All we know is he is from around Liverpool, England and his family had owned a steel factory until WWI.
