Marjorie May Faircloth

Marjorie May Faircloth was born in East Haddam, CT on 2/6/1902 to Talcott H. Faircloth and Estella Mitchell Faircloth. She married Raymond Charles Courtney in 1923 in Glastonbury, CT (they divorced in 1930). Neil James Courtney was born to Raymond and Marjorie in Hartford in 1924 (d. 1992). Marjorie died March 5, 1965 in Vernon Rockville, CT.

According to an obituary for one of her parents, published in 1952, she is listed as Marjorie Emmons. I have so far not been able to verify that she married a man who's last name was Emmons or not. On her obituary, she uses the surname Courtney, and also specifies she was never married.

I'm currently searching for Faircloth relatives who may have a photo of Marjorie. If I find one, it will fill a huge hole in my research.

Also try googling faircloth+photographs as I just tried that and there are 10 pages of links. Well worth going though if you have the time.
