My late Grandmother told my Dad that, his Birth Father's name was, Brian Cole Davis. Although, I am unsure of the spelling. Furthermore, I have found a "Ryan Davis" and his family, that might match my criteria.

Mr. Davis, was born in the early 1900's, and resided in Virginia. He and his family, lived on Rorer Ave, in Roanoke Virginia. Mr. Davis' birth year, would be around 1916. However, we were told that, Mr Davis was a little older, then my Grandmother.

My late Grandmother, was Virginia "Jenny" Mildred Lee. Virginia, was born in Roanoke, Virginia in 1916. Mr Grandmother and her family, lived on Salem Ave, in Roanoke, Virginia. This was, just one block over, from Mr. Davis and his family.

Appearently, they were going to get married. Although, my Great Grandfather had him put in jail, when my Grandmother became pregnant with my Father. Furthermore, their marriage never took place. Evidntly, Mr. Davis, soon left Virginia to work.

My Grandmother, told my Dad that, his birth father, died when my Father was very young. Supposedly, Mr. Davis died in "a wind storm" in Texas, while on the job. The time-frame, would have been from 1934-1955. Again, my Father's birth year is 1934. I am in search of, any information, regarding this man or his family.

My Grandmother, and nearly all of her family, have been gone for many years now. Whereas, it will make no differnce, if someone comes forward, with this missing information. Furthermore, I am certain that, my elderly father, has no time or intention, to have a Family Reunion. This missing information, would only be for my benefit. Thank you, ~Beth~
