These two names are recorded on entry charts at Ellis Island. My garndfather Hugh Oswald Spence entered into the US on two different dates in 1911 and again in 1924. He was accompanied by his mother bith times and it shows his grandmather to be a Susan Byone of Barbados. During his second entry, when he was 14, it lists his father as being an Edmond G. Eversley -- also, at one time, of Barbados. ???? Any information..?
