I don't know where in Virginia James Kelly was born but I think probably Monroe County. They do not appear in Kanawha County until 1870. Lydia Wykle was born in Monroe County Virginia (Now West Virginia). She was the daughter of George Wykle and Lucinda Smith. Her brother was Lewis Wykle, who is living in her household in 1870. I am looking for his Parents and anything further back on him
