I'm looking for info on Alex Caldwell and his son James Alec Caldwell b. 1873 in Giles, Va. James Alec married Mildred Pearl Turpin in 1894 in Giles, Co.,Va. They had nine children. Annie E b 1897,Corbit Lee b.1899, Elbert Haven b.1904,Minor Person b.1906, Robert H b.1909, James Kemper b.1912, Mary Thelma b. 1914, Raymond Wilson b. 1917, and Elliott Russell b. 1919. All born in Pembroke, Giles Co., Va. Annie Evelyn was my grandmother. She married John Walter Bailey b. 1896 in Maybrook, Giles, Co., Va. John Walter Bailey father was John Harve Bailey.
