James was born in Ireland in 1828 and married to Margaret( b. 1830) (maiden name unknown. I traced him living in Amsterdam, NY, U.S. and Chicago, IL, U.S. They had the following children: Martha, Louisa, Emeline, Mary, Albert, John, James, and Margaret. All of his children were born in the U.S. In 1860 there was an Ann Cleary living in his residence (b. 1805). This maybe his mother. I would like to know who is father was and where in Ireland he was born, just to narrow down the search of Irish records.
